Maharashtra Power Transmission Structures Pvt. Ltd., (MPTS), is a fast emerging as one of the leaders in Power Transmission Sector. MPTS is an integrated Turn key solution provider in the field of Power Transmission with duly approved manufacturing as well as EPC capabilities upto 765 Kv.

We have with our state of the Art Plants at Wada (ISO 9001:2000 Certified Company near Mumbai in Maharashtra and Roorkee, in Uttrakhand with aggregate installed capacity of 54000 MT of Fabricated, galvanized Power Transmission Line Structures used in the EHV Transmission Lines. We are very cautious about environment degradation and hence have built our Roorkee plant with ZERO EFFLUENT DISCHARGE. The Wada plant is also being upgraded to attain ZERO EFFLUENT DISCHARGE.

Our major Strength comes from our parent Company, Maharashtra Steel Rolling Mills Pvt. Ltd., which has a capacity of hot rolling 100000 MT of steel structurals of top notch quality, with BIS approved quality standards in place, which becomes feed stock to our operations in EHV Transmission Line Projects.

In addition to supplying Power Transmission Line Structures, we have a tied up with world renowned manufacturers/suppliers other allied Transmission Line Products such as Porcelain Electrical Insulators, Polymeric Composite Insulators, Stainless Steel Channels, Hardware Fittings and Conductor Accessories, OHL conductors of ACSR, AAC, Earth wire and other transmission line accessories.

We are among the reputed Telecom Towers Manufacturers in India who has been approved by the telecom major BSNL for manufacturing Telecom Towers and are entering the field for providing turn key solution for passive infrastructure required for telecommunication network.

Our Factories are located at:
WADA : Near Mumbai with an installed capacity of 36,000 MT p.a
Roorkee : In Uttrakhand, with an installed capacity of 18000 MT p.a

We have our Registered and Administrative Office at 190, LBS Marg, Bhandup (W), Mumbai – 400 078 which is well equipped with modern communication facilities.

Our Group Turnover as of March 2008 was USD 90 Millions and is likely to achieve USD 200 Million by the year 2010.

Quality
The tower parts undergo various processes such as cutting, punching, straightening, drilling, etc. Then they are properly fabricated and thoroughly galvanized at a high tech galvanizing plant. Being an ISO 9001: 2000 company, the finished material is properly checked on the shop floor as well as after process in our inhouse laboratory.

Despatch
The finished material is then packed as per the customers’ specifications. For the same, we have a fully equipped goods storage yard. Our long term relation with a number of reputed transporters has enabled us to cater to the demands of the people within the stipulated time frame.
